Compliance Circle is Live!
As a founder of any enterprise, you’re either most nervous or most excited when finally launching your product to the public. Today I’m excited.
It was early in 2023 when I realised my network needed a community. LinkedIn is a great example of the difference between being connected and having a connection. In my network of tens of thousands, I knew hundreds of people who should know one another but didn’t. Compliance Circle could solve that.
The community was an altruistic venture. Connecting people without a personal end-goal. Maybe a smidge of satisfaction that comes with making someone else’s life easier, but otherwise I’d not intended to create anything other than a space for experts to meet.
Fast forward 14 months and we’re on the cusp of something incredible. Bringing would-be competitors into a room created an incredible buzz and a connection. Compliance Circle now houses members from the US, UK, Singapore, Nigeria, Australia, UAE, Ireland, Hong Kong and Canada. Each member is an expert in their own field, servicing clients across multiple industries and jurisdictions. Some are solo entrepreneurs or founders of small businesses; others are executives in 50-person consultancies.
So, what do we do?
First and foremost, Compliance Circle is a community of regulatory experts. Each member is invited to join on the promise that they give to the community as much as they wish to take from it. We’re a support group, an ideation group. We share opportunities and leads. We promote excellence and drive one another to succeed.
Ultimately, all our members work tirelessly each day to offer their clients the best possible service and advice, and we’re building Compliance Circle to amplify that. We help businesses around the world access the best consultants with the confidence that each member they might speak to is peer-reviewed and trusted as an expert. The best lead is a trusted referral, and we’re providing that for companies around the globe.
Finally, Compliance Circle is an innovation hub. We’re building products and services to support our members and their clients, as well as compliance professionals, founders, and business leaders, worldwide.
I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved so far and hope to create long lasting value for our community and the people they and we serve, long into the future.
